1. Make a Reservation
- Choose Your Travel Dates: Decide on the dates and times you need the campervan. The minimum rental period is 4 days in the low season (Oct 15 – Apr 30) and 7 days in the high season (May 1 – Oct 14).
- Select Your Campervan: Pick the perfect campervan for your journey from our fleet: Nomadic 1, Nomadic 2, or Nomadic 3.
- Add Extras & Pet-Friendly Option: Want to bring your furry friend? Just let us know in advance — an additional cleaning fee of €20 applies. You can also request bedding, towels, or an airport transfer.
- Secure Your Booking: Fill out the booking form on our website or contact us directly via email or WhatsApp. We’ll check availability, listen to your preferences, and guide you through the prepayment and contract signing.
- Get Confirmation: Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive all the details of your reservation, including your unique booking reference and pick-up instructions.
2. Pick Up Your Car
- Locate Your Pick-Up Point: Your campervan will be ready at our base in Antalya. If you’re flying in, we offer a convenient Airport Transfer — just let us know in advance, and we’ll pick you up from the airport and bring you directly to your campervan.
- Present Your ID & License: When you arrive, please bring a valid Category B driver's license (driver must be over 25 years old with a minimum of 5 years of driving experience) and your passport or ID card.
- Full Campervan Briefing: Before you hit the road, we provide a complete briefing on how to use the campervan — from the kitchen and shower to the heating system and water supply. If you’re confident driving a manual car, you’ll just need a little time to get used to the dimensions.
- Sign the Rental Agreement: Review and sign the rental agreement, outlining all terms and conditions. Our team is happy to assist with any questions.
3. Enjoy Your Ride
- Drive with Confidence: Once you’re all set, you’re free to explore Turkey! We rent our campervans for trips along the Antalya and Aegean coasts, as well as in Central Anatolia, including Cappadocia.
- 24/7 Support: If you encounter any issues during your rental, we’re always available throughout your journey. Just reach out — we’re here to help.
- Route Tips & Recommendations: Not sure where to go? We’ll gladly suggest scenic spots, convenient parking places, and good campings based on places we’ve personally visited.
- Fuel & Pet Policy: Our campervans are provided with a full tank (70–80 L, depending on the model). And yes, your pet friends are welcome — just keep them under control and return the campervan clean and undamaged
4. Return the Car
- Return Location: Return the campervan to the same location in Antalya where you picked it up.
- Quick Inspection & Check-Out: Upon return, we’ll conduct a brief inspection to ensure there’s no damage or additional issues. Please return the campervan on time to avoid any late fees.
- Flexible Schedule: Delayed flight or change of plans? No problem — we adjust pickups and drop-offs by prior arrangement.
- Final Payment & Receipt: Any remaining balance (such as extra cleaning fees or fuel costs) will be settled at the time of return. Once everything is checked, we’ll send you a final receipt by email.
